Application Forms Announcement

Please take time to read everything below carefully.

Application Forms will be live 5pm tomorrow (Sunday 8th March), with the exception of Public Camping (this will be announced in a few weeks)

All payments are now subject to 5% transaction/processing fee this year.

For all exhibits please ensure you are applying to the correct section, if you’re not sure then please ask. Once you have submitted your application ensure you have received your confirmation email and that it hasn’t gone to spam/junk folders.

You will be required to upload your documentation for insurance and where appropriate other certifications. The form now allows for this.

For Trade, Food & Craft applicants, you will select your pitch requirements in the application form. Once submitted it will be reviewed by the steward for your section, and then if successful you will be approved pending payment. Please pay within 7 days or your payment link will expire and you may lose your place. Once payment is made you will receive your entry QR Code.

For Cars, Commercial and motorcycles, Select the days you wish to attend for. For each day you are required to pay a £10 deposit (+5% non refundable transaction fee). For each day you park your vehicle on the show field you will receive a token that can be redeemed at the pay gate for £10. If you do not show your vehicle, the deposit will not be returned to you.

Please be patient it takes time to review all the applications and all our stewards also have day jobs and families. It may take some time before you hear back about your application, but rest assured we are getting them done as quickly as we can.
